In the commune of Segonzac, the nearest village is St Robert, 2km away, founded in the Middle Ages and one of the Beaux Village de France. Ayen 4km away is a slightly larger village, with more of the above facilities plus a chemist and bank.
The nearest town is Objat 12km which has several supermarkets, banks, sports facilities and a large tourist information office. There is an excellent market every Sunday morning throughout the year. Brive la Gaillarde 25km away is steeped in history and has one of the best indoor and outdoor markets in Europe (The Times) held every Saturday and Thursday morning. There are also the pretty market towns of Terrasson and St Yrieux la Perche within easy driving distance. All pool loungers’ garden furniture and Bar B/Q available.
